At KIKI, we take pride in using premium vegetable-tanned full-grain leather. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, we are here to help.

15-Day Return & Exchange Window

You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Condition: Items must be in their original, unworn condition and in the original packaging.
Try-on Tip: We recommend trying on your KIKI footwear on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching the leather soles before you are sure of the fit.

4-Year Leather Warranty

We stand behind the durability of our materials. KIKI Originals provides a 4-year limited warranty on the leather upper of your footwear.

What is covered:

Structural failure of the leather (tearing or splitting) under normal wear.
Defects in the tanning process.

What is not covered:

Normal "wear and tear," including scuffs, scratches, or natural creasing.
Damage caused by improper care, exposure to extreme heat, or chemical cleaners.
Color fading (which is a natural characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather as it develops a patina).
Damage to soles or hardware (unless occurring within the first 6 months).

To maintain your warranty, we recommend following our official leather care guide to keep the vegetable-tanned fibers hydrated and strong.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: We offer one free exchange per order for a different size (subject to stock availability).

Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are returning an item due to a confirmed warranty defect, KIKI Originals will cover all shipping expenses.
